diagnostic areas evaluated before any production begins
Is Your Podcast Ready to Launch?
Most podcast projects stall because of blind spots — not lack of ambition. Use our diagnostic checklist to evaluate your readiness across the six areas that matter most, then let us close the gaps.
Can you describe your show's unique angle in a single sentence? A scattered concept leads to scattered listeners.
ReadyHave you identified who will listen — and why they'll come back? Vague targeting is the top cause of early abandonment.
Needs WorkDo you have at least eight episode outlines drafted? Running dry after three episodes is the norm, not the exception.
CriticalMicrophone, recording environment, DAW, hosting platform — have you selected and tested each element end to end?
Needs WorkCover art, intro music, show description, episode naming convention — these aren't extras. They're how listeners decide to press play.
ReadyApple, Spotify, RSS, social clips, newsletter tie-ins — a launch without a distribution map is a tree falling in an empty forest.
CriticalOur Studio Pipeline
From raw concept to published episode — we handle recording, editing, mastering, show notes, and distribution so you focus on what you say, not how it sounds.

Working Principles
Diagnose Before You Build
Every engagement starts with an honest assessment. We won't sell you services you don't need.
Listener-First Audio
We master to broadcast loudness standards and test on earbuds, car speakers, and laptop audio — because that's where your audience actually listens.
Transparent Timelines
You'll know exactly when each deliverable lands. No chasing, no surprises, no silent weeks.
Ownership Is Yours
Every file, every asset, every RSS feed — it all belongs to you from day one. No lock-in, ever.
Common Questions
Answers to what new and returning clients ask most often.
Not necessarily. We can record remotely using guided software setups, or you can visit our studio. If you already own gear, we'll assess it during the diagnostic.
We typically recommend 3–5 episodes at launch. This gives new listeners enough content to decide if they'll subscribe, without overwhelming your production schedule.
The initial diagnostic session is complimentary. It's how we determine scope, timeline, and fit before any commitment on either side.
Absolutely. Many of our clients come to us mid-run. We'll audit what's working, identify drop-off points, and rebuild your production workflow.
Our core focus is audio. We can advise on video integration and recommend partners, but our production pipeline is optimised for audio-first shows.
